Alexandria House would like to thank O Magazine for the generous donation of produce used on the August 2009 cover shoot. The many boxes of produce from the shoot were driven from Santa Barbara to LA and unloaded on Friday night after the shoot. The staff and residents of Alexandria House stocked the refrigerators and prepared countless delicious and healthy meals. The food was shared with another organization benefiting economically challenged families, as well as with former residents and neighbors in the community. So many individuals benefited both nutritionally and emotionally from this thoughtful gesture. Thank you O!!!!!!
