Viewer's Discretion Advised is a memoir that immerses the reader into the life of a young girl trying to survive homelessness and foster care. InĀ and out of foster care since the age of four, Keanakay Scott aged out of the system at eighteen. She was homeless for more than a decade despite being chronically employed. She has worked to advocate for policy change in the foster care system and been featured on NPR's Morning Edition, Fox News, and other print, radio and TV programs. She speaks regularly about the issues of foster care and homelessness.

Reading, Q&A, book signing, and light refreshments will be served.
